I work with a diverse range of clients from South Africa and around the world, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and international travellers. I assist clients in finding the perfect home away from home, whether they are looking for a short-term holiday stay, a long-term rental, or a luxury property that perfectly suits their lifestyle, preferences, and requirements.
A particularly exciting part of my role is working with clients on their holiday travels and helping them discover some of the most beautiful villas and properties in the world. From exceptional beachfront villas along the South African coastline to luxury homes in some of Cape Town's most sought-after locations, I enjoy creating tailored experiences that go beyond simply finding a place to stay. Understanding what a client is looking for and matching them with a property that feels right for their trip is something I take great pride in.
I also work closely with landlords, helping them maximise the potential of their properties through effective marketing, strategic rental positioning, and finding reliable, quality tenants. Whether it is positioning a property for the luxury holiday market or securing the right long-term tenant, I take a hands-on approach to ensuring each property is presented and managed to the highest possible standard.

I genuinely enjoy meeting and interacting with new people and building strong relationships with both clients and property owners. Outside of work, I am a passionate surfer and love spending time outdoors. I also enjoy playing soccer, keeping active, and socialising with friends. I'm happiest when I'm outdoors, meeting new people, and making the most of everything Cape Town has to offer.

In 2012, Tania returned to South Africa with her husband and young family, choosing the beauty of Franschhoek as the place to put down new roots. What was intended to be a sabbatical soon became anything but. It wasn't long before the unique energy of Franschhoek's property market drew her back in, and she has been immersed in the village's vibrant real estate scene ever since.
